Not all volunteers are retired women. Jane Goode leads this group of First Baptist Acteens and gladly volunteered her girls to sew and make surgery pillows for hospital patients. This helps them after surgery when having to cough or move about giving them something to apply a little pressure to the site to ease the pain.  Amanda Ivy, surgery director, had originally asked if the volunteers could possibly take on this project and they quickly volunteered.
