The New Albany Lady Bulldogs seemed to be in control from start to finish, as they cruised to a 70-32 victory over county rival Ingomar Tuesday night.
After a clutch performance in Saturday’s win over Briarcrest, Micha Washington stepped up once again, providing a solid showing in the paint with 21 points.
Kebrina Lucas stepped up for the Lady ‘Dawgs both offensively and defensively, shooting 50 percent from the floor with 20 points and 3 steals respectively.
Shelly Grisham led the Lady Falcons with 10 points.
With six days off, the Lady ‘Dawgs will be back in action Tuesday to play the Pontotoc Lady warriors. This will mark the opening of division play for New Albany.

With a resounding win over the Ingomar Falcons, the New Albany bulldogs improve to 7-1 on the season.
The Bulldogs were off to the races and seemed relentless, relying heavily on senior Tadarious Coburn in the paint, who had 10 points along with fellow post Daniel Drummond who had 15 points respectively. Malcolm Spears also scored 12 points for New Albany.
New Albany went ahead early, 15-3, after the first frame and exploded with 30 second quarter points.
Defensively, the Bulldogs held Ingomar to single-digit scoring in all but the third quarter, when the Falcons scored 11 points.
Ingomar will play at Myrtle Friday night and Falkner next Tuesday, Dec. 7.
