Dianne Pannell and Hunter Treadaway of New Albany announce the engagement of Treasure Pannell to Ben Basden, son of David and Renee Basden of Blue Springs.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Dianne Pannell and the late William “Dennis” Treadaway Sr. of New Albany, and is the granddaughter of Robert Pannell and the late Mayzell Pannell, both of New Albany. The prospective groom is the grandson of Pauline and the late J.E. Basden of Blue Springs, and Helen and the late Harrel Anderson of the Jugfork community.
Treasure is a 2007 graduate of East Union Attendance Center and a 2009 graduate of KC’s School of Hair Design with a license in cosmetology. She is currently pursuing a degree in education at Northeast MS Community College and plans to transfer to Ole Miss next fall.
Ben is a 2005 graduate of East Union Attendance Center. He graduated in 2008 from Northeast MS Community College with an associate’s degree in Business and Marketing Management Technology. Ben is currently employed by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. on October 16th, 2010 in the Smoky Mountain National Park in Gatlinburg, TN. A reception will be held the following weekend, October 23rd, 2010, at 6 p.m. at the couple’s residence. All family and friends are invited to attend.
